The day after Stacy Abrams, Democrat gubernatorial candidate for Georgia, contradicted the science and declared that Unborn babies at six weeks don’t really have heartbeats, Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, changed its webpage to reflect Abrams position.
Abrams falsely claimed at a fundraising event on Sept 21 that, “There is no such thing as a heartbeat at six weeks. It is a manufactured sound designed to convince people that men have the right to take control of a woman’s body”.
The information on Planned Parenthood’s website stating, “What happens during week 5–6? A very basic beating heart and circulatory system develop” was quickly changed to, “A part of the embryo starts to show cardiac activity. It sounds like a heartbeat on an ultrasound, but it’s not a fully-formed heart—it’s the earliest stage of the heart developing.”
Social media was flooded with people refuting both Abrams’ and Planned Parenthood’s statements including Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) an obstetrics and gynecology physician, who Tweeted, “Babies have a real heartbeat at six weeks. Why do radical Dems hate unborn babies?”
The U.S. National Library of Medicine says that week five of fetal development includes the heart starting to develop, and in the next two weeks the “baby’s heart continues to grow and now beats at a regular rhythm”. This can actually be seen, not just heard, by vaginal ultrasound, the Library adds.
If elected, Abrams has promised to revoke Georgia’s Fetal Heartbeat Law of 2019 that went into effect when the U.S. Supreme Court reversed Roe v. Wade.
Once again the Democrats have proven that the death of tiny unborn persons is their unholy sacrament, sacrificed on their altar of abortion. There is only one way to stop them, #VoteRed in November.
